2024 saw Nancy become recognised throughout the industry as a colour expert and Innovative educator. Her courses have been the first of their kind when offering in depth client profiling in grey blending and balayage services.

She was nominated for four industry awards and  won the coveted ‘Client Consultation of the Year’ award from Professional Hair Magazine, with the salon seeing Lauren Mcneela win the L’Oreal Colour Trophy Moving image Award’.
